I hope you took extra time off beacuse you’ll need more than a couple days to explore all of Lutsen Mountains. Located beside Caribou Highlands Lodge. Guests have easy access to the largest and best ski area in the Midwest, spanning more than 1,000 acres and four interconnected peaks. There are 95 runs of varying difficulty to choose. Don’t forget to take a moment to look around and enjoy the beautiful scenery overlooking Lake Superior from the mountain.  The season begins mid-November.

The Bentleyville Tour of Lights is the largest free walk through lighting display in the United States and is open Nov. 23 – Dec. 28. This family friendly event features more than 5 million lights decorated throughout a 20-acre park located beside Lake Superior. Stroll through glowing displays and dazzling creations.
